That Artificial Intelligence offers many possibilities to accelerate processes and support users in their daily work is no longer deniable. But where to start? That was precisely the challenge we faced a few months ago. We knew that there would be ample opportunities to add AI components to Dynamics 365 Sales and Project Operations, the solution for professional services. However, the practical implementation was not yet in place.
